This theme is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2hours after payment. Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days for delivery. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination.


All orders will ship out overnight on the same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

    Reason for the changes  or returns. 
    An attached high quality picture of the hair in same condition and state that you received it in          (inside of the packaging with the band around the hair).
We will respond in 2 hours to provide further details on how to process the return with our company.  
2. Do I have to pay for shipping of the returned item(s)? 
    Yes, you must pay for shipping on your turned order. Please track your shipment, as we cannot       be responsible for packages we do not receive.
3. When will my refund be processed?
    Your refund will be processed within 7 (seven) days via PayPal. We will notice you once your           refund has been processed.
